Zamways Refund Policy.
Last updated [15/04/2024] We appreciate your shopping at the Merchant Store. We sincerely hope that your purchase meets your needs. But, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange the product or service. (As per ZamWays refund & return policy). Please see the section below for more information about our refund & return policy. The buyer shall inform the seller of any defects or problems with the goods or services purchased by him. In case of returns or refunds, “ZamWays” shall have no liability. Consequently, the seller is responsible for returns and refunds. REFUND AND RETURN CONDITION. Any conditions shall not apply to the company (Zamways Uniserv Pvt Ltd) for the refund/return policy of any product or service. In case of product/service refund/return policy, 100% condition will be applicable on the merchant store, and the merchant store's refund/return related terms & conditions must be accepted by the user. The company will not interfere with this refund/return policy. RETURNS. 1. Any returns must be postmarked within [3] days of the date of purchase [depending on the product or service]. All returned items must be undamaged and unopened, with all original tags and labels attached. 2. After purchasing or using a product or service, the user must exchange it from the same merchant retail shop. 3. The user is also eligible for a refund for products or services used or purchased by him. 4. Zamways Uniserv Pvt. Ltd. (the Company) does not accept returns and does not provide any warranty or guarantee for products or services purchased. Only transactions related to purchases made by users and merchant stores shall be subject to the liability of the Corporation. 5. The Company's liability shall cease upon completion of the transaction in respect of the Goods or Services. RETURN PROCESS. To return or refund, a user must follow the following procedure: 1. To return a product purchased from a merchant store, a user must visit the merchant store where the product was purchased and request to return the item (the item to be returned). Zamways Uniserv Private Limited will not be involved in this refund/return process in any way. 2. When purchasing a product or service, a user agrees to abide by the refund and refund policies specified by the seller (ZamWays' seller). [Please follow the purchase invoice, packaging damage, and product damage for the specified period, item, or service]. Zamways Uniserv Private Limited will not be involved in this refund/return process in any way. REFUNDS If, after purchasing a product or service, a user wishes to return the product or service for any reason, they will receive another product or service of the same value in return for their money back in any way. The Business (ZamWays) does not recommend making any reservations or any related purchases in advance. The business never advises customers to make advance reservations to purchase goods or services from merchant outlets. Zamways Uniserv Pvt Ltd shall not be liable in any way if a user purchases any product or service through advance booking; Instead, the user assumes full responsibility. The company does not consider any chargeback. If there is any problem with the product or service, the user should contact the store owner and follow all return/refund policies as described in the Zamways Uniserv Pvt Ltd policy. If the merchant misbehaves with the user, the user should report the problem to the company and Zamways Uniserv Pvt Ltd will take appropriate action. However, Zamways Uniserv Private Limited is unable to return or refund any goods or services; Instead, the Company will speak to the User and take appropriate action, which may include removing the Merchant from the Portal, suspending the Merchant's account, or fining the Merchant. LIABILITY. Only user and merchant transaction issues will fall under ZamWays' responsibility. Otherwise, the Company shall not be liable for any guarantee, warranty, replacement, exchange, or refund related to any product or service. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY. There are no products or services distributed by Zamways Uniserv Private Limited. Users have to go to merchant store to buy whatever they want. QUESTIONS?
